2. Delivery Time Slots

Dubai:

  • 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Order by 8 PM the day before)
  • 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM (Order by 8 PM the day before)
  • 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM (Order by 11 AM same day)
  • 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Order by 4 PM same day)

Sharjah & Ajman:

  • 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Order by 11 AM same day)

Abu Dhabi:

  • 5:00 PM - 9:30 PM (Order by 11 AM same day)

Al Ain & Ras Al Khaimah:

  • 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Order by 8 PM the day before)

3. Store Pickup

Store pickup is available at our location during the following hours:

  • Daily: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
  • Free of charge
  • Please allow 2 hours for order preparation

5. Special Handling

We take extra care for:

6. Delivery Rescheduling

Rescheduling guidelines:

  • 24-hour notice required for free rescheduling
  • Same-day rescheduling subject to AED 25 fee
  • Maximum 2 reschedules per order
  • Subject to slot availability

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you can track its status:

  • Through your account dashboard
  • Via tracking link sent in email/SMS
  • By contacting customer support

8. Delivery Guidelines

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Provide accurate delivery address and contact number
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the order
  • Keep your phone accessible for delivery updates
  • Inform us about any specific delivery instructions in advance

9. Failed Delivery

In case of failed delivery:

  • We will attempt to contact you on the provided number
  • A second delivery attempt will be made if possible
  • Additional delivery charges may apply for rescheduling

10. Special Occasions

During peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid, National Day, etc.):

  • Place orders at least 2 days in advance
  • Delivery times may vary
  • Additional delivery charges may apply
